These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and mobile applications operated by 45 to 23 LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), including 45to23.com, TripMi, and ModelsGroup (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to access them by unauthorized means, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

Some features may require an account or an Apple ID. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions in our iOS apps are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, text, and imagery, are owned by 45 to 23 LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights necessary to share it.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some features may generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. You may not use AI features to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Travel information, guides, and recommendations are provided for convenience and should be independently verified.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 45 to 23 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
